RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Job description

  • The recruitment manager is responsible for the recruitment process.
    Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process including  regular performance and evaluation report);
  • Attract and develop high quality human resource for company effectively;
  • Guide professional knowledge of recruiting for recruiter group in the company;
  • Directly implement recruiting activities and allocate tasks to recruiting team;
  • Enhance the brand of  NextGen as one of the top employers in the market by communication strategy, online marketing, etc
  • Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization);
  • Manage and develop recruitment team;
  • Design training for HR Recruiters and other departments in Company.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher, preferred in Human Resource Management or related;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment;
  • Excellent communication skill;
  • Excellent negotiation skill;
  • Job interviewing skill;
  • Managerial and leadership skills;
  • Analytical skill.
